Grant Collaborator Access to Crossup Support

When an issue requires a closer look at your Shopify store, Crossup Support may ask for collaborator access to investigate and help resolve it.

You control the permissions we receive and can remove our access at any time. You do not need to share your Shopify password.

Step 1: Find your collaborator code

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users or Users and permissions, depending on your store.
Click Security.
Find your 4-digit collaborator code and click it to copy.

Sharing your collaborator code allows us to send an access request. We can access your store only after you accept the request.

Shopify will send you an email and a notification in your Shopify admin when our request is ready.

Go to Settings > Users.
Select Requests to view pending requests.
Open the request from our support team.
In the Roles section, review the requested permissions and adjust them if needed.
Click Accept request.

Once you have accepted the request, let us know in your support conversation so we can continue investigating.

Some issues may require access to another area of your store. If this happens, we will explain which permissions we need and why.

To update our access:
